Hostoria Facultad de Ingeniería Universidad Anáhuac México

The School of Engineering of Anahuac University began its operations in 1968, with the opening of its Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering programs.

Shortly thereafter, in 1969, the Industrial Engineering program opened, followed by the Electronics Engineering and Computer Systems programs

In 1998, the Computer Science, Information Technology and Telecommunications Engineering program was replaced by the Systems and Information Technology Engineering program; the Electrical and Electronic Systems Engineering program was replaced by the Information Technology and Telecommunications Engineering program and the Mechanical Engineering program was replaced by the Mechatronics Engineering program.

The Chemical Engineering program opened in 2007, and the Biomedical Engineering program was offered for the first time in 2012. Shortly afterwards, in 2014, the Environmental Engineering program was launched.

Since its foundation, the School of Engineering of Universidad Anahuac Mexico has provided Mexico with more than 3000 graduates in its various fields.

Today, with more than 50 years of existence, we keep contributing to a better Mexico by training professionals capable of materializing ideas to improve everyone’s quality of life.
