The collective work, coordinated by Dr. María Elizabeth de los Ríos Uriarte and Dr. Jovani Fernández Puentes, brings together reflections from international experts on the Pope's pontificate.
On July 4, 2025, the book Twelve Years of Walking with Pope Francis: Keys to Reading a Pontificate on the Borders was published, a collective work coordinated by Dr. María Elizabeth de los Ríos Uriarte and Dr. Jovani Fernández Puentes, members of the Querida Amazonía group, and in which authors such as Rafael Luciani, Rocco Buttiglione, Massimo Borghesi, Carlos Galli, Mónica Chávez and Rodrigo Guerra participate.
This publication, also co-authored by Jovani Fernández, is part of the Diálogos. Serie persona y pensamiento collection published by Universidad Anáhuac México and the Sindéresis publishing house. This publication is intended for educational purposes and seeks to offer a reflective look from experts in Pope Francis' teachings on the significance of the twelve years of his pontificate.
From synodality to an insistence on peace, the work sets forth Francis's vision of a Church in transformation, guided by the Spirit and urgently seeking action and a solution.
Aimed at academics, pastoral workers, church institutions, and readers interested in the life of the Church and contemporary thought, this book invites us to explore Pope Francis's journey from the perspectives that challenge, enrich, and renew faith today.
The book is available for free download on the Anáhuac University website at the following link: https://accesoabierto.anahuac.mx/accesoabierto/publicaciones.php?Accion=Informacion&Pub=172
