The third generation of the Master in Global Bioethics M.S. Online graduates

Master in Global Bioethics M.S. Online

This generation has students from the Philippines, Italy, Kenya, among other countries, who were congratulated by Father Fernando Fabó Martín, director of our Faculty of Bioethics.

 

On Tuesday, September 6th, the closing ceremony of the third generation of the Master in Global Bioethics M.S. Online took place and was attended by 7 of the 9 graduates.

 

Father Fernando Fabó, director of the School of Bioethics, started the event by addressing the students, congratulating them on their effort and determination to finish the program during the pandemic and encouraging them to be positive action leaders wherever they go.

 

Our graduate, Tamar Kurtandize, shared her experience with the audience, also made up of members of the Faculty, such as Dr. María Elizabeth de los Rios Uriarte, professor and researcher; Dr. Juan Manuel Palomares Cantero, general coordinator of the same, among others, acknowledging that the Master's degree has contributed to her professional life, helping her in her academic practice, teaching bioethics to medical students.

 

Professor Alberto García, director of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics and Human Rights, commented that "now that you are Master's graduates, you have the responsibility to spread the knowledge of Bioethics to others and each of you has an impact on your communities and countries”.

 

The ceremony was closed by Dr. María Inés Girault, coordinator of the Master's in English, reminding the students that now as graduates they will represent the Universidad Anáhuac and go out to change the world.
