Document Retrieval

Chat for obtaining information by selecting the campus. Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 21:30 and Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:30 hrs.

Locating material on shelves

Assistance provided to locate the material in the collections and on the shelves.

Reserve Stack

It is a collection made up of books in high demand, which benefits users, since they can consult it by the hour and provides the opportunity for more users to consult it. Due to the nature of the service, there are no renewals.

Carrel and Cubicle Loans

On both campuses, it is necessary to follow the rules of use for the carrels. Remember we have carrels and cubicles for group and individual study, for different forms of study.

Reservation Service

Assistance to reserve the material in the system. This will ensure that the requesting user has the opportunity to consult it. Contact your Library Consultant.

Hourly loans of extensions, cables and adapters.

Book Loan Renewal

The channels available are:
On site, at the lending desk.
Through the catalog, via the Anahuac institutional account.

Book Loans

The material is loaned for 7 calendar days, with the possibility of renewing twice for the same period.
Loan policies change depending on the type of material and the user.

Journal Loans

These materials are loaned for 3 hours, and due to their nature, there are no renewals.

Interlibrary Loan

Service that helps to locate books that are not in the Library's collection. Through this agreement, users are able to check out material from other institutions, under the rules of the lending institutions. More information HERE.
 

Transnational Interlibrary Loan (PIT-ILL)

Service that helps to locate, retrieve and supply documents (journal articles and book chapters) not in the collection of our book or periodical library. More information HERE.
