ABSTRACT
Mexico’s historical monumental heritage (HiMoHe) is a valuable legacy that must be re-
stored to address critical issues and promote economic and social development. This
research proposes a communication plan based on the research-creation (R+C) method-
ology to raise awareness among university students about its importance. The project will
use artificial intelligence (AI) tools for predictive analysis, social modeling, and generative
content creation. Alternative research methods, such as visual and sensory ethnography, will
be employed to deepen the data. Through an interactive multimodal artifact, the goal is to
transform attitudes and turn young people into advocates for the rational use of PaHiMo.
Although still in progress, preliminary results indicate a polarization of opinions regarding
the preservation and modernization of the heritage.
