Dr. Cipriano Sánchez García, L.C., presented his book Rumbo a la plenitud (Towards Fulfilment) at FILEM 2025

This book is an urgent invitation to rediscover hope as a driving force for inner transformation.
On September 29, 2025, the book Rumbo a la plenitud (Towards Fulfilment), written by our Rector, Dr. Cipriano Sánchez García, L.C., was presented at the 2025 State of Mexico International Book Fair (FILEM) in the Plaza de los Mártires in Toluca.
Alma Elizabeth Cázares Ruiz, director of the Anáhuac México University Library and Javier Rodríguez Labastida, director of communications for the Archdiocese of Mexico and author of the publication Desde la fe presented the publication and shared their reflections with the audience in a very moving way.
Rumbo a la plenitud invites us to walk a path toward authentic hope, rooted in love and faith. Dr. Cipriano Sánchez García, L.C. offers a transformative perspective that is indispensable in times of uncertainty, pain and disconnection.

Through profound reflections, biblical quotations and a liturgical framework linked to the Jubilee proclaimed by Pope Francis, the book offers a spiritual compass to help readers reconnect with what gives life meaning.
FILEM 2025 was organized by the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico, the Government of the State of Mexico and the Toluca City Council. The event brought together readers, writers and publishers and attracted more than 150,000 people, establishing itself as the most important literary event in the state.
With a focus on graphic novels, this event featured over 300 publishing houses, including seven international ones, and offered more than 180 cultural activities, such as book presentations, conferences, discussions, plays and tributes.
