For three days, members of the Latin American Council for Accreditation of Education in Journalism and Communication (CLAEP) evaluated the academic quality, laboratories and integral training of Communication students.

From September 28 to October 1, 2025, the School of Communication at Anáhuac Mexico University reaffirmed its commitment to academic quality and international leadership by receiving an evaluation visit from the Latin American Council for the Accreditation of Education in Journalism and Communication (CLAEP), an organization recognized for its work in certifying educational excellence in journalism and communication programs in Latin America and the Caribbean.

The purpose of this visit was to assess the overall quality of the Bachelor's Degree in Communication program, considering both the curriculum and the human and professional training of our graduates.

The CLAEP evaluation team, made up of academics and specialists from the United States and Latin America, interviewed professors, graduates, employers, researchers and students. In addition, they toured the facilities of both campuses, directly observing the academic spaces, laboratories, booths, television studios and professional networking areas.

Furthermore, they evaluated how the School ensures that its graduates not only meet high academic standards, but are also trained as leaders of positive action, with strong human qualities and professional skills that meet the demands of the contemporary job market.

Meanwhile, meetings with employers highlighted their satisfaction with the job placement of Anáhuac graduates, who are known for their ethics, responsibility and excellence in performance. Likewise, professors and researchers shared teaching strategies, projects and lines of research that strengthen the integral training of students.

It should be noted that the evaluation process was carried out in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue and mutual recognition, confirming the consolidated experience and academic prestige of Anáhuac Mexico University. Although the final decision will be issued in the coming months, the overall perception of the evaluators was very positive, anticipating a favorable outcome that confirms the international quality of the program.

This visit reaffirms the School of Communication's commitment to continuous improvement, academic excellence and training professionals who will have a significant impact in the fields of communication, research and media.
