School services is the University’s department authorized for the issuance of certificates, diplomas and degrees with official validity.

Graduation is a three-phase process:

  1. Certification: Process carried out when accrediting the 100% of the study program.
  2. Degree warding: Starts when having the total studies certificate the Social service properly liberated.
  3. Professional ID: This is requested to the Professions General Office and for which is mandatory to have concluded the degree awarding process.

To initiate your graduation and degree awarding processes you must hand in the listed documentation at the School Services.

UNDERGRADUATES

  • Request form for Professional Degree expedition which should have the University’s rector’s or coordinator’s approval.
  • 01 format from the Profession’s General Office.
  • Accreditation letter of the English language requirement.
  • Accreditation letter of the second and third language requirement (Tourism school programs).
  • Social Service liberation letter.
  • Copy of the Egel-Ceneval exam’s accreditation document.
  • No financial debt letter issued by the cashier window at the University.
  • Degree awarding process’s payment receipt.
  • CURP photocopy.
  • Notarized copy of the Mexican naturalization letter.

Foreign students must attach:

  • DGP/DR05 Format.
  • Valid passport’s notarized copy.
  • Notarized copy of the Immigration document (valid).

GRADUATE STUDENTS

  • Request form for Professional Degree expedition which should have the University’s rector’s or coordinator’s approval.
  • 02 Format from the Profession’s General Office.
  • Compliance letter of the graduation option chosen.
  • No financial debt letter issued by the University’s cashier window.
  • Degree awarding process’ payment receipt.
  • CURP’s photocopy.
  • Notarized copy of the Mexican naturalization letter (for naturalized Mexican students).

Foreign students must attach:

  • DGP/DR05 Format.
  • Valid passport’s notarized copy.
  • Notarized copy of the Immigration document (valid).
