For the construction of an ethic that allows us to achieve global governance and build bridges towards the future”

Mission

Nowadays, families must face severe challenges that may affect their survival, a lot of these problems are caused by their own actions and decisions. For this very reason, bioethics has assumed the study and analysis of severe global problems in order to build a minimum ethic worldwide which allows to protect the life and dignity of all people, the integrity of the natural environment that surrounds us, as well as the future for the upcoming generations.

Vision

Globally Applied Bioethics will be approached from the concept of human dignity as its central axis and act of survival, critically reflecting on the challenges facing the human being and endangering their subsistence and that of the future generations, as well as of the Earth itself and its ecosystems. Therefore, ICGAB will develop its work from an interdisciplinary methodology where experts from all areas of knowledge will work in unison in the analysis and research on the major topics raised on applied global bioethics.

Objectives:

1To coordinate the creation of an interdisciplinary working group that critically addresses current issues that affect both human lives and the integrity of the Earth and its resources, as well as the intersubjective relationships of both factors.

2To create concrete tools that may be applicable and have a real effect on society to solve bioethical problems of a global nature.
